Why are there two separate charges?
Each person pays a fixed SAR 49 monthly personal subscription. If your company chooses the Company plan, its billing admin separately pays the SAR 199 monthly company fee. The team estimator adds these amounts for budgeting only; it does not represent a single invoice.
Does every company need the Company plan?
No. These plans are choices, not team-size thresholds. Team size does not force an upgrade or automatically trigger a different hosting setup.
What does “Dedicated” include?
Dedicated environment isolation is scoped and agreed in a quote. The company fee is not set here, so we do not show a made-up total. The personal subscription remains SAR 49 per person per month.
What happens to company records when someone leaves?
Company records remain with the company when a member leaves. Access to company records requires an active paid account and authorized company membership.
Are the security and backup details a guarantee?
No. Basic security, isolation and backups are proposed inclusions in this concept, not certifications or service-level promises.
